- The Audit Tool – which can be applied to your organisation, and will help you identify and assess your organisational risks.
- A further, up to an hour meeting to discuss your findings and advice on recommended priorities and actions.
Option 2 – Audit ‘Lite’
- An initial 30-minute meeting with one of our experienced senior HR Consultants to introduce you to our ERA Audit Tool, to discuss the different elements it covers and your organisational priorities.
- An audit of your readiness and compliance with the ERA in two elements of your choice based on your organisational priorities. The audit will include a review of documentation (e.g. policies, contracts of employment) and interviews with key individuals, either virtually via Teams, or at your premises.
- A report setting out headline findings and recommendations.
- Up to an hour’s debrief meeting.
Option 3 – Comprehensive Audit
- An initial 30-minute meeting with one of our experienced senior HR Consultants to
introduce you to our ERA Audit Tool and to discuss the audit process. - A comprehensive audit of your readiness and compliance with the ERA across all relevant areas. The audit will include a review of documentation (e.g. policies, contracts of employment) and interviews with key individuals, either virtually via Teams, or at your premises.

- A debrief meeting of up to two hours.
